The history of the Firm can be traced back to a few key moments which pay testament to our continued effort to adapt to the needs of the market and improve the professional content of our business.
The Firm was founded in the early 1970s by Gastone Magagnoli to deal with the tax assistance that companies increasingly requested to face the news of the major tax reforms that came about during those years.
At the end of the 1970s, it developed and became more structured, using both internal expertise and external collaboration to offers its clientele – which had, in the meantime, grown in both size and number – more comprehensive support for corporate and administrative consultancy in general, with particular emphasis on issues related to financial statements.
The end of the 1980s marked an intense activity of assistance and consultancy in the field of company insolvency proceedings and states of crisis in general, including as consultants designated by individual legal authorities, pairing this business with an intense experience in technical consultancy issues in the field of financial statements and valuation of businesses and corporations.
In the late 1990s, we completed and incorporated specific professional skills in the field of financial statements and reporting, auditing, control and planning, and tax litigation, whilst the 2000s saw the start of intense international activity with the Firm’s entry into the Russell Bedford international network.
